Suzuki Wagon R Overview

The Suzuki Wagon R 2024 is a locally assembled front-engine, front-wheel drive hatchback produced by Pak Suzuki Motors in Pakistan. It is often referred to as the Pak Suzuki Wagon R and shares similarities with variants available in India and Indonesia. The Pakistani model is based on the Indonesian Suzuki Wagon R but features an upgraded air conditioning system, optional 9-inch LCD, defoggers, and a boot parcel tray.

Pak Suzuki assembles the Wagon R using a knock-down kit imported from Indonesia. Introduced in April 2014, it initially came in three trims—VX, VXR, and VXL—though the VX variant was discontinued in 2016. In January 2020, the VXL variant was updated with an AGS automated manual transmission and a driver-side airbag.

Exterior Design

The Suzuki Wagon R 2024 carries a traditional Suzuki design language with a boxy shape. The front grille features a trapezoidal design with chrome accents, paired with trapezoidal, side-swept halogen multi-reflector headlights. The air intake complements the trapezoidal motif, while dual circular fog lights come standard.
